At some point, many of us lose touch with who we truly are — often through painful experiences, overwhelming expectations, or relationship patterns that ask us to shrink or disconnect. Healing from these experiences is possible, and it starts with reconnecting to yourself.
In our work together, you’ll learn grounding tools to calm your nervous system, strengthen your relationships through more authentic connection, and build a sense of safety and steadiness within yourself, even when life feels uncertain. I combine modern therapies and science — including ACT, EMDR, and positive psychology — with age-old wisdom from philosophy, such as Stoicism, and spiritual traditions.
